James Cook Grand Chancellor Hotel, Wellington, seismic upgrade undertaken by Hawkins Construction engaged Zone Direct to supply and install seismic joints for floors and ceilings. Work was planned to fit with other trades and stages of building work, and project was completed on time, on budget, and to a high quality standard. Feedback from Hawkins site manager was that he was impressed with our pro-active communication processes which meant there were no surprises to anyone and work was completed as planned and agreed.
